Dr Bhatt is a wonderful  caring  and compassionate doctor and I would highly recommend her  if you are having a problem.. From the moment I walked into Dr. Bhatts Pompano office I felt a comfort. Dr. Bhatt is very accommodating. I told her that I was on a time-line as I would be gone for 1 month beginning on the 26th of July. Dr. Bhatt was able to fit me into her very tight schedule. Before I was brought into the er to have my Gallbladder removed, Dr. Bhatt came to me & assured me that everything  would be okay. It is a pleasure for me to write this review for Dr. Bhatt. Dr bhatt has very good accurate diagnosis and perfect treatment plan for the colon rectal area. She is well experienced, super skilled and caring colon rectal surgeon in pompano beach Florida and one the best surgeon in south Florida, she provided full details and tell me a truth that I’m doing well and follow up with me on daily basis. She answers all questions with a smile. She even was in touch with my extended family. I have been using her service for colon and rectal procedures and is excellent . I wish there were more robotic trained surgeons like dr Bhatt that for proctologist and colorectal surgery but in Broad County and Fort Lauderdale area because it is hard to find a genuinely caring, highly and super supportive surgeon. The best treatment I've received for my hemorrhoids issue from Dr. Bhatt in Pompano Beach Florida. Her team as well as her attitude, professionalism, care, and concern are really appreciated.  She constantly asks me if I have any questions and sees me both before and after my colonoscopies and assured full care.  She called me immediately to address my follow-up inquiry, which I really appreciated. She not only spared my life, but she also showed me such kindness and supported me at every turn. Her surgical skills are great, especially with Robotic Surgery and using the Minimally Invasive Surgery and she genuinely cares about her patients. The same people work for her. A wonderful colorectal surgeon with best quality care for patients. In my own experience getting colon and rectal medical care. Dr. Astha is by far the best Colorectal surgeon she is carrying very experienced knowledgeable and very detail oriented. She answered all my questions getting appointment was very easy. The medical staff was very friendly, caring and humble. I wish there are more surgeons in Broward County like Dr Astha Bhatt. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family. Dr but genuinely cares for her patient. She goes above and beyond to provide exceptional colorectal medical care. She is robotic expert in doing minimal inventive surgery about all. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Astha clinic was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the service was subpar. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting me.

Additionally, the wait time was excessive. I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time without any explanation or updates from the staff. When I was finally seen, the doctor seemed rushed and did not give adequate attention to my concerns, leaving me feeling undervalued and without clear answers.

To make matters worse, the clinic's facilities were dirty and poorly maintained, which raised serious concerns about the hygiene of the place. The lack of professionalism and care for patients was evident in every aspect of my visit.

I have had severe hemorrhoids for a long time and hestitant to get the surgery. Tried the banding with a different surgeon and no success. Found Dr. Bhatt. I searched for a board certified female surgeon and all i can say is Wow!
First off she and her staff have amazing bed side manner never making you feel uncomfortable about an uncomfortable situation to talk about . Scheduling was quick and easy and booked surgery within the month we had our first consultation. Yes not going to lie the first week or so i he’ll and that’s not her fault but the body’s nerves and location of the procedure.I am 8 weeks out and it has completely changed my life. I wouldn’t go out to dinner afraid of a flair up,not confident during intimate times , afraid of eating due to bathroom. my life was completely controlled due to the hemmoroids.Now i feel pain free and confident. She gave me my life back it looks amazing and painful . I truly recommend her and her staff .. Thank you🙏🙏❤️❤️
